Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

Three years and ninety-nine days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I kept over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for seventy-three days straight
and one set of seventeen push-ups for the twenty-first consecutive day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I really feel it's spring-like.
I've begun noticing that tap water is getting warmer and warmer.
The season for cherry blossoms is exactly just around the corner.
I'm planning to go and enjoy them at Kyuka Park, Nagoya Castle, Yamazaki River
and so on......of course, if possible.......the season is absolutely too short.
