Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ２０＋４０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been two years and 364 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I kept two sets of 17-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over one set
of them for the fifteenth successive day.
Yesteray I went to one of the Yamada Denki stores or LABI to look for a pair of gloves
which will get warm by using a USB.
But actually I could not find any.......Maybe they don't have.
I'm planning to go to a Bic Camera store near Nagoya Station next week.
Anyway wintry cold is steadily coming, so I'd like to have one pair as soon as possible.
