Walking: 20 minutes
Standing with one leg :10 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
jogging on the spot :4 minutes
Three years and four days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I kept over one set of 17-time push-ups for the twentieth consecutive day, but
actually I'm wondering if I should stop them until the pain in my low back I got
a few days ago diappear completely.
I may be lucky as the pain is only affecting my daily life with a little degree
of inconvenience, but actually I'm really afraid that the pain will get worsened.
Anyway, I'm trying some Bufferin pills.....Maybe, better than nothing.^^;;;
