I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
one hundred and thirty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the fifth straight day and more
than 20-time push-ups for the twenty-eighth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and it was actually a little hot while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
Weather ladies say Nagoya will see the highest temperature of 27 degrees.
Today again, I saw as many as three heinous drivers skimming my bike.
Every time I feel a fear of death by crazy drivers, I renew my determination
not to do anything good for the rest of my life.
