Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１８ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and two
hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 12-time push-ups for the seventy-fourth straight
day including the most recent three days of 18-time push-ups.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and very very unfortunately, the forecast
highest temperature is 37 degrees and now it's actually over 36 degrees.
This year's summer is surely abnormal.
To be honest, I feel this summer is much longer than last year.
There are maily two reasons for this.
Firstly, the end of the rainy season was about 10 days earlier than usual.
Secondly, abnormally deadly scorching heat wave has continued including
one day with the highest temperature of more than 40 degrees.
.....I've really been fed up ....Oh, I remember the best phrase which can
express my feelings now.....Enough is enough.
