I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and two hundred and thirty-one
days in a row.
I was able to keep a total of 51-time push-ups for
the thirty-fourth straight day and over 9-time
push-ups for the three hundred and thirty-fifth
consecutive day.

Surprisingly, I felt the summer heat got milder
than yesterday at around 8:20 this morning.
According to the weather reports on the Internet,
the temperature at 8:00 was 27.7 degrees, down 1.3
degrees from the same time yesterday.
How much this 1.3-degree difference is on my body!
