I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and one hundred and ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the three hundredth straight day including the
latest twelve days of 31-time push-ups.

It had been pretty heavily raining in Nagoya while
I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace in
the morning.
I wore rubber rain boots that reach almost to my knees,
so I was able to ride my bicycle in the heavily rain
with an ease mind.
But now the rain has already let up and actually it
seems like it will stop raining pretty soon.
