I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and one hundred and ninety days
in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two hundred and ninety-four consecutive day
including the latest six days of 31-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is over 27 degrees, up just
0.2 degrees from the same time yesterday.
While I was sleeping last night, I woke up twice in
the middle of the night.
I have a grudging acceptance of the fact that I have
to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night,
of course due to my age.
