I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and one hundred and seventy-nine
days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two hundred and eighty-third successive day
including the most recent eight days of 32-time
push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with almost no clouds
in the blue sky and I can enjoy plety of sunlight.
The temperature at 9 a.m. was 22 degrees, so it is
now really crisp with a faint breeze.
Under such nice weather, I really do not want to
believe that this year's rainy season is near at hand.
