Thirteen years and two hundred and thirty-three days
in a row have passed since I got rid of a bad habit
of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three hundred and thirth-seventh successive day
including the latest thirty-six days of a total of
51-time push-ups.

It is so beatitully sunny in Nagoya and there are
almost no clouds in the blue skie, which means that
it will be a deadly scorching hot day today again.
According to the latest weather reports on the Internet,
the temperature at 9 a.m. around here was 33.7 degrees.
If I remember right, more than 50 years ago, a
temperature of 33.7 degrees Celsius was the kind of heat
we experienced as the highest temperature of the day
only once or twice each summer.
