Thirteen years and one hundred and ninety-one days
in a row have passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the seventh
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two hundred and ninety-fifth straight day.

It had been raining in Nagoya while I was sleeping
last night, but now it has stopped and sunny.
After it rained, the temperatue is not so high,
currently standing at around 25 degrees, down about
2 degrees from the same time yesterday.
Weather ladies say that the rainy season may begin
in Nagoya in the latter half of next week.
