I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and one hundred and eighty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the fouth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
hundred and ninety-second straight day.
Completely unlike yesterday, it is pretty overcast
in Nagoya and actually it is a little dark.
It looks like it is going to start raining soon
although weather ladies said that Nagoya would not
see any rainfall today.
Last night, the humidity was as high as 83%, which,
as you might expect, made it very uncomfortable to
sleep, so I set the air conditioner to 28 degrees and
left it on all night for the first time this year.
