I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and one hundred and eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two hundred and ninetieth consecutive day including
the most recent two days of 31-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is around 26 degrees, up about
2 degrees from the same time yesterday.
Weather ladies say that Nagoya's highest temperature
will be 31 degrees, which may be the highest this year.
I am wondering if the beginning of this year's rainy
season may be much later than average year.
Anyway, I really had better be careful about dehydration.
