I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and one hundred and thirty-one days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by seven
times from the previous record to 22 times and was able
to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the two years and
one hundred and fifteenth day in succession.
Completely unlike the past two days, it is greatly sunny
in Nagoya although the lowest temperature was 9.3 degrees
this morning, which must be normal but actually I feel
it is pretty cold.
As is often the case in spring, I have had a canker pain,
but very happily this year's pain is pretty mild.
I am sure this is due to vitamin B regiments.
