It has been eleven years and one hundred and thirty-
five days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and nineteenth straight day
including the latest two days of 26-time push-ups.
Although there are many clouds in the sky, it is sunny
in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is around 22 degrees, which
makes me feel comfortable.
However, very very unfortunately, I have had a headache.
And, I feel this is much worse, actually, I had a minor
cut accompanied by bleeding on the back of my little toe.
Just in case, I have decided not to do any physical
exercise except for push-ups.
