Eleven years and one hundred and twenty-four days
in a row since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and eighth successive
day including the most recent thirteen days of 24-
time push-ups.

Today again, it is very beautifully sunny in Nagoya
and again there are almost no clouds in the blue sky.
The lowest temperature of this morning was as high
as around 15 degrees, which is one month ahead of
average weather conditions.
The highest temperature is predicted to be 27 degrees
and maybe I may have to be careful about dehydration.
