I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and one hundred and twenty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and fifth day in
succession including the latest ten days of 24-
time push-ups.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and
there are completely no clouds in the blue sky.
Unfortunately, I have had a headache though I don't
know the cause....maybe due to some bad smell.
Anyway, the weather is nice and I have to enjoy
plenty of sunlight before it gets hot.
As an aside, according to weather ladies, tomorrow
will be hot.
