I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and one hundred and forty two days
in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the second
consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and twenty-sixth day
in succession.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is perfectly sunny
in Nagoya with beautiful blue sky and there has been
no clouds in the blue skies since early this morning.
But what is just a pity is that it is a little cold.
Anyway, I have to do a walking today.
By any measure, I was very lucky yesterday because I
didn't have to wear a pair of raincoats while I was
riding my bike on my way to and from the workplace.
