I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and seventy-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the thirty-first
straight day including the latest fifteen days of 21 times of them.
I didn't do jogging-on-the-spot yesterday for the first time in
four days simply because I felt I needed a break from time to time.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I really enjoy feeling spring is
surely and steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
Though the pain in the neck I got three days ago is still here, the
pain is steadily getting milder and milder.
Now I am confident that the pain will disappear in a few days....I really hope so.
