Eight years and fifty-eight days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keepo 20-time push-ups for the fourth successive day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the tenth straight day.
It's sunny in Nagoya and the predicted highest temperature is still
as high as 13 degrees though I feel it is lower than yesterday's.
I haven't drunk alcohol for these three days, wich is really rare for me.
And actually, I feel my body is lighter than usual, indeed.
I'm sure it's anyway good to give my liver a rest.
I hope I will be able to feel the next beer is the best of the best.
