I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and fifty-five days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by two times to 20 times and
I was also able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the seventh successive day.
It's sunny in Nagoya and actually it's cold though the predicted highest
temperature will be as high as 11 degrees.
However, I may look forward to tomorrow and the day after tomorrow because
weather ladies say spring wind is likely to blow into the Japanese archipelago.
Especially Tokyo will see a spring-like warm day with the forecasted highest
temperature of as high as 17 degrees......I envy Tokyo.＾＾；
