I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and fifty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the eighth straight
day including the latest two days of 20-time push^ups.
It was beautifully sunny in Nagoya in the morning, but actually it's
pretty cloudy and rather dark.
It looks like it's going to start raining soon and I feel it's getting
colder and colder.
By the way, I've started thinking that those callous people of the first
