Three years and 310 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the sixteenth straight day
including the most recent eight days of 24-time push-ups.
I was a little surprised at the news that a powerful earthquake hit the
state of California near San Francisco.
When I was in LA for about one year, I experienced a very weak earthquake
just one time.
Anyway I really hope no more victims either by quakes or by landslides.
