Three years and 294 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I wouldn't feel like doing them,
and I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
It's been raining since this morning in Nagoya and actually it's for the first
time in a long time that we have good rain especially in Nakamura Ward.
Anyway the typhoon #11 is getting closer and closer, and I really hope for us
to be safe......Let's be careful.
