It has been three years and 287 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep one set of 22-time push-ups for the 12th consecutive day and
over one set of 14-time push-ups for the 52nd successive day.
It's actually cloudy just as it looks like it's going to start raining soon, which
must be lucky for me because gray clouds are blocking sunshine.
If my memory is correct, the number of days with the highest temperatures of over
35 degrees is maybe only one or two in Nagoya.
Of course, this summer heat is severe but actually it must be milder.
