Daily Routine

It has been three years and 295 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I managed to resume push-ups from one set of 20 times yesterday and I hope
to increase the number little by little.
It's been raining actually hard since last night now the very strong winds
and heavy rain show us that the typhoon is just a stone's throw away from Nagoya.
Weather forecasts say Nagoya is expected to narrowly escape the typhoon's storm
area but I'll really have to be careful about the storm-like strong winds.
Anyway may we be safe in every part of Japan!
