タラの芽の混ぜご飯
タラの芽の収穫最盛期。
①米2合を洗ってザルにあげて、1時間置き、炊飯器に入れ、分量の水・麺つゆ・みりん・昆布茶少々をかき混ぜご飯を炊く。
*特に味ご飯でなくても良い。
➁タラの芽を細かく切り電子レンジで加熱し、塩(こぶ茶少々)・生姜の千切りを混ぜ合わせ、食べる寸前にご飯に混ぜる。
*胡麻油数滴や、醤油数滴をかけて食べるのも美味しい。
*筍・お揚げも美味しい。
