I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one hundred and fifty-six days in a row.
I was also able to keep 20-time push-ups for the second consecutive day
and over 14-time push-ups for the one hundred and third successive day.
I did a total of 2-hour-and-20-minute walking yesterday for the first time
in a long time as part of preparation for a planned long-distance walking.
The gout attack I got three days ago has completely gone and actually I have
not seen a doctor on this pain.
Anyway, I have to get fully prepared for the walking.
