I did 20-time push-ups last night, down one time from the previous record, and kept over-
20-time push-ups for the ninth straight day for the first time in a long time.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 79 days in a row....but actually I sometimes feel
like smoking as a strong desire.
Anyway, it's very cold and windy, and I hope this wintry chill will be the last before
spring has come.
