Daily Routine

I managed to resume push-ups from 20 times, down 5 times from the previous record.
I must have caught a cold .... I feel a little tired and I don't feel I had a sound sleep
although I slept for eight hours.... so, I've given up my plan to go and enjoy a movie.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 62 days.
Anyway the length of sunshine is steadily getting longer and longer....What a relief!
