I resumed push-ups from 20 times and kept no-smoking for one year and 71 days in a row.
Actually last night it was really cold and maybe the coldest night in the winter.
And now I feel spring is steadily coming when I enjoy spring-like sunshine.
Weather forecasts say the highest temperature in Nagoya will be over 10 degrees on
Tuesday and such a mild weather will continue several days...I really hope so.
