Daily Routine

Push-ups:０
Walking：０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

Since I was so busy yesterday that I didn't do push-ups or walking althugh I know
that is not a good excuse.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 57 days in a row.
Now I have had a headache a little....probably I must have drunk a little too much
last night.
I really have to decrease the amount of sake.....definitely.
