Jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


Eleven years and one hundred and forty-three days in
a row have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and twenty-seventh successive
day including the latest three days of 26-time push-ups.

Again completely unlike yesterday, it has been raining
in Nagoya since early this morning, but actually I do
not feel that it is so cold despite the current temperature
of 13.9 degrees due mainly to the high humidity.
Weather ladies say that it will stop raining earlier
this evening, so I am really looking forward to this
forecast coming true.
