Push-ups：１４ times
Walking：a total of ６０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and ninety-two days in a row.
I also was able to keep more than 12-time push-ups for the third consecutive day
and 14-time push-ups for the second successive day.

After a littel warm rain, it's stopped and cloudy in Nagoya.
Actually, I feel it's a little cold and winter cold has surely come back.
Just as I thought, weather reports say this year's cherry blossom season
will come much earlier than usual.
They say the blossoms will start on March 22nd in Nagoya, which I think
is about one week earlier than the normal year.
I have to go to the Yamazaki riverside to enjoy them and I hope to go
somewhere else, too.
