Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１５ times
Walking ： ０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and one hundred and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 15 times and kept
greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and ninety-eighth successive day.

After two rainy days in Nagoya, it's beautifully sunny today and it's crisp.
I like today's weather, which is not too hot or not too cool, and what is
better, it's not too humid with comfortable winds.
Recently, I renewed my awareness of the importance of composition to improve
my English skills, and so, I hope to keep this English diary as long as possible.
