I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and two hundred and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the second
consecutive day and larger than 9-time push-ups for
the three hundred and fifty-fifth successive day.

Although it is sometime cloudy, mostly it is still
greatly sunny and humid with the current temperature
of 34.7 degrees at 11:10.
Wether ladies say that Nagoya will see the day with
the highest temperature of 37 degrees, but actually,
I think that it may reach 38 degrees at this rate.
Surprisingly, Nagoya experienced the 21st consecutive
Mousho-bi, which is a day with the highest temperature
of at least 35 degrees.
This summer has marked the hottest summer on record.
Even so, I really have to restart walking in order
not to avoid the weakening of my legs' muscles.
