Thirteen years and two hundred and forty-five days
in a row have passed since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by five
times from the previous record to 16 times yesterday,
and kept at least 10-time push-ups for the three
hundred and forty-ninth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again, which means
that this early-autumn's deadly scorching heat has
been continuing today again with the current (9:20)
temperature of 32.3 degrees, up more than one degree
from the same time yesterday.
Finally and very unfortunately, the predicted highest
temperature for Nagoya today has reached 40 degrees,
in addition, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, 39
degrees.....OMG, Monday still 38 degrees.
