Walking ： a total of １１０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred and fifty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and ninety-ninth
straight day including the latest two days of 15 times of them.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya and it's crisp again.
But actually those callous people of the first floor tenant have begun to get
the ground of the common parking space dirty with cooking oil.
I have to remember the truth that callousness is incurable.
Anyway, I have to fully realize the only way is to give them the silent treatment.
