I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
two hundred and seventy-five days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 18-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth
consecutive day including the latest eight days of 23-time push-ups.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and it is too hot for me to
believe that today is one of the September days.
Weather ladies say the highest temperature is forecasted to be 37 degrees,
which means today will be one of the hottest days of the year.
However, I am sure that, even so, Nagoya must have been lucky because it
was able to escape damage from the typhoon #15.
As for me, severe dog days are better than a super typhoon.
