Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: a total of ４０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

I have kept no-smoking for 101 days in a row.
I also kept over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the seventy-fifth
consecutive day including the last twenty-three days of seventeen push-ups.
After a little rain, it's again quite sunny in Nagoya today and weather reports
say the highest temperature will be sixteen degrees, which allows me to take
off winter clothes, maybe.
Anyway, I'll have to resume preparation for a long-distance walking since spring
must come in the very near future.
