Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and two hundred and thirty-seven
days in a row.
I was also able to 22-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and at least
13-time push-ups for the fiftieth straight day.

It's still been deadly hot in Nagoya.
Especially yesterday, the highest temperature was 39.6 degrees.
I must have been lucky because I went to a large shopping mall yesterday in
order to escape from the deadly heat wave.
Today again, it might be almost 39 degrees......wait, I've just checked online,
....Unbelievable.....according to the Internet, Nagoya's temperature is now
40.2 degrees..........I may have to do something.
