Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and three hundred and thirty days in a row.
I was also able to keep 28-time push-ups for the fifty-fourth consecutive day and
at least 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and seventy-seventh successive day.

It's pretty cloudy today especially when I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
It's a little windy and it's the north wind.
I went and enjoyed an art exhibition in Nagoya yesterday.
I think it's good to sometimes go to a different space for a change.
I happened to see my acquaintance I haven't met for a few decades.
I'm wondering if I should have talked to her.
