Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２６ minutes


It has been nine years and one hundred and thirteen days in a row
since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the seventieth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the ninety-seventh consecutive day.

It must have been very lucky that it was not raining while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace, because it is now raining
off and on.
It is a little dark with rain clouds blocking the sun and I feel it
is very cold although today's highest temperature will be 4 degrees
higher than yesterday.
I should have brought one more item of clothing....or two.
