Nine years and one hundred and twelve days in a row have passed
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the ninety-sixth successive
day including the latest sixty-nine days of 20-time push-ups.

It was cloudy while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
but actually it is now raining just a little and it is dark with rain
clouds blocking sunlight, which makes me feel a little down.
According to information on the Internet, famous comedian Ken Shimura
has died of pneumonia related to COVID-19.
He was only seventy....May he rest in peace.
