I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one hundred
and sixty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred and
twelfth consecutive day including the most recent three days of 18-time push-ups.
It's been raining in Nagoya since this morning and it's a little dark and cold.
The pain in my left low back is getting much better now, but actually the pain
in my neck is getting worse little by little, I feel.
I put a cold patch there this morning and I feel it might be working now.
Anyway, I need much more sunlight.
After the pain in my low back has completely gone, I hope to resume walking and
jogging-on-the-spot again.
