jogging on the spot :10 minutes
It has been three years and two days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I could resume jogging-on-the-spot from 10 minutes for the first time in a very
long time.
I also could do three sets of 17-time push-ups for the first time in six days,
and kept over one set of them for the eighteenth successive day.
The pain on my low back is still here, but actually I feel it's getting milder
and milder.
Now the temperatures are around 13 degrees in Nagoya but it's very windy, so
I felt a little cold while riding a bike.
Anyway I really hope winter will pass as soon as possible....I know it's impossible.
