Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ４３ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Two years and 332 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I kept over one set of 17-time push-ups for the sixteenth straight day and I hope
to resume three sets of them as soon as possible.
It's greatly beautifully sunny today in Nagoya and I feel sunshine is warm.
I'm afraid that I have not afforded to have enough time to do a middle-distance
walking maily because I have been absorbed in getting used to my new PC.
Soon it'll be one month since I bought it, so I'll have to resume physical exercises
as I used to.
