Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

It has been three years and ninety-three days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I kept over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the sixty-seventh successive
day including the last fifteen days of one set of seventeen-time push-ups.
Well, I really want to stress that I've really been fed up with wintry cold.
Actually I saw a little snow in Nagoya yesterday, which really disappointed me.
Weather forecasts say tomorrow will be spring-like with the highest temperature
of around 16 degrees.
I have to say.....the prediction has to hit the mark.....
or I might not survive this coldness.ＴＴ
