jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and two hundred and thirty-two days in a row.
I was also able to keep 26-time push-ups for the second successive day and
more than 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and seventy-ninth straight day.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today and I've noticed that the
shrilling of cicadas on my way to the workplace has already been weakened.
Their longevity is really short.
Anyway, theoretically, the year's hottest period is only another week.
Let's survive this summer without any accidents.
