I kept no-smoking for two years and 156 days in a row although still there are
a few days I feel like smoking when I get nervous.
It's again greatly sunny today and I felt a little hot while sleeping this early
morning with the lowest temperature of about 15 degrees in Nagoya.
Weather forecasts say the highest temperature here tomorrow will be around 30 degrees.
I'm wondering if I might have to change my clothes to ones for summer.
